The workers are nice. The food is good and always hot. It's always prepared nicely and put together neatly and they always enjoy going to this location because it's so close to my house And being A transitioning vegetarian who's almost fully vegetarian now. I ordered 2 chalupas, no sour cream, add Pico and spicy ranch. I got this. This is the last time I'm going to this location. Not the first time this has happened. Both of the nearby locations are terrible.Food: 1/5
The workers in this Taco Bell are horrible! I decided to try it a 2nd time because my first was really bad. I got into a screaming battle with the light skinned slim female but I thought maybe she was having a bad day. So I gave it a second try but the same result!! Same girl with a horrible attitude & I guess she rubbed off on the other workers!! While I was walking out a man saw the expression on my face & he said was it the light skinned woman!! I said yes!! This is unacceptable for a big corporation to have this kind of experience for their customers!!
I was picking up an Uber order and the lady at the window told me that was not aloud to place while picking up. Which is false, that’s not the policy. I only ordered a chicken crispy taco. The lady at the drive through on 3/25/2024 at 10:30pm was just having a night. There was no one else in the drive through after me.Service: 1/5
So on my way to work I stopped in to this location, Alicia h was the staff member at the window, she was rude, impatient even though there was only me and another car in the drive-thru. I said thank you and this lady rolled her eyes and closed the window. I got to work and called to speak to a manager, Alicia h answered the phone and said she was the manager, I asked for corporate phone number and was yelled at, cussed at and called names and was told she was not going to give me the number, I opened my Mexican pizza and it looked like it had been in a fight with the tacos in my bag and had a pickle or something that looked like a pickle on it. Now I am stuck at work with no lunch and wasted the last of my money with this establishment. I will never go back to this location for food. Clearly the management team is unprofessional and not interested in having a decent reputation. Alicia h, do better. Taco Bell used to be a better place with decent staff and a great menu.
This is the update from the review I did a year ago. Just went to this location yesterday to get a couple of boxes as well as a few odds and in tacos for the kids and three drinks. They say they were out of products and so they didn't have any boxes to put the food in that was supposed to come in the box combos. When I ask the lady about the boxes she act like I was taking up all her time and gave a sigh, huffed and smacked her lips all at the same time. Then with the attitude she told me that they were low on products and gave me a look as if I could have came with a better question. So all of my food was in a larger brown bag stacked on top of one another and pretty much mushed down when they closed the bag. See, we already had reservations about this location because of how the food was when we got it last time. This time just iced the cake. Not only did they not have boxes but they didn't have cup holders and so I had to carry all three drinks out separately... and ..I know this seems petty but it's a fast food restaurant and they're supposed to have their products in stock at all times, js. And because all of their rappers for the tacos and the burritos and the chalupas are pretty much the same there's no identifying marks to show of any difference besides slightly heightened or darkened colors of letters, I literally had to search through the bag to make sure everything was in there. Upon arriving home and beginning to eat, my husband... found a chicken bone.... in his taco. Taco Bell doesn't serve chicken on bones! It wasn't even attached to a piece of chicken. It was just a splintered piece of a chicken bone like you would see on the thinner of a flat bone. He found this one poking into the side of the wrapper out of the chalupa. He hesitated with the last 2 he had whether or not to eat them. When he did at the end of the burrito he found another piece of chicken bone and grissel in the meat. We are completely and totally done with Taco Bell. I'll learn to make this shi* on my own and it'll be 10x's better! If you want tacos just do it yourself. I will also be calling corporate I don't need somebody to give me their phone number
Food was good for Taco Bell. The disappointment is with the grilled Nacho fries. Really not worth the money for what you're getting. Picture is missing 1 long fry. The box is 6"×6". For $5 that's not a lot of food.Food: 3/5
I drive out of my way and past 2 other taco bells to go to this one. My food is made right every single time! The staff is fantastic and you can tell they care about the food they are serving people.Food: 5/5
Person in the window doesn't know how to open their mouth, lady yelled at me for wanting 2 orders for one vehicle as if it's the end of the world or something idk don't go here. Food was kinda meh. Minimal effort. Not impressed but it's taco bell so you get what you get.Food: 1/5
Just wish they could get everything uniform in a burrito. All the stuff inside is in like sections. Chipotle chicken burrito had all the lettuce and crunchy tortilla strips at the end I started on and all the chicken and chipotle sauce was on the other end. So half way through I saw chicken finally. Like no meat in the crunch wrap, for what you pay you expect more.
