Tierra & Khia are polite and super sweet! My order is always correct, fresh, hot and fast! Definitely worth the drive.  Parking: Lots of parking amd there is a traffic light to make turning easier.  Kid-friendliness: The wmployees are smiling and nice.  Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and wide door.

Yesterday was the third visit that I used the mobile app to order and pick up. It was also the third visit that an item ordered was not in the bag when I got home. One of the tacos I ordered was broken and put inside a second shell. The fiesta potatoes were listed on my items but not included. Of all of the Taco Bell's that I visit, this one is clearly in need of better management. I was waiting for my order sitting inside the building and when it was ready, the lady threw the bag in the holding case and never bothered to even acknowledge I was waiting there. I'll go out of my way in the future to visit a different site rather than spend money on things I don't get and service that is below zero. I saw the owner reply to email them and when I did email them I received the below reply as email declined

Never go to this place at night or whenever their 3rd shift starts because you will LITERALLY get the worst food and service you'll receive. Messed up my entire order and to top it all? The food just tasted off and nasty. I wish I could show the pictures but I threw it away when I took one bite.Food: 1/5

Has gotten much better. The food was good, the service was great. I didn't go inside, so I didn't get to see how clean the restaurant was. Went through the drive-through.Food: 5/5

Arrived at 9:40 am to pick up an order, and doors were locked. I called the store and told them I was there to pick up an order and the doors were locked. The lady on the phone laughs and hangs up.  I waited 10 minutes before they unlocked the door. While they started at me from inside laughing. When I was finally able to enter the store, it reeked of Marijuana. It's clear this store has no integrity, and I doubt it'll remain open for long as long as they employ these type of people.

Best Crunchwrap I’ve ever had.  Black bean with extra lettuce and add jalapenos!  Good customized iced coffee, too.Food: 5/5

I needed 4th meal, and the young lady who waited on me was polite and made sure my order was correct.  Thank goodness they are open late.Food: 5/5

Worse food and service I've had. The girl at the drive thru was very rude. Not just to customers but other employees. I had 2 separate orders. The small order with 3 items came in a large bag. My order of over 10 items was compressed into a smaller bag. When I got home and started eating. Each bite was nothing but onions. I will not go back to this taco hell untill some changes are made with employment and management.

Have placed 2 order back to back total worth of 50$+.. first order was too good but next order was wrong..   employee remake but still we have not received what we order. Restroom was not clean... feel that employees are good but the are too much occupied in making food and handle drive through and unable to give attention towards dining customers  Experience was not good but love Taco bell.. will visit again.. but another store

I’ve been to this Taco Bell multiple times. Most of the time it’s not good, on a rare occasion it’s great. Normally it’s only good around midday, from 1-4 p.m. When it’s bad, normally at the busiest, it’s missing food items, certain employees who ignore what the ticket and order summary says, and some very odd occurrences. Sometimes the staff is helpful and fixes any mistakes without any hassle, other times they argue with the order summary and refuse to give the proper item. It’s a bit annoying.
