Dined in.  Four other customers got their orders before mine. Spent  almost 70 dollars.  Crew said they overlooked the order because of a shift change.  Asked for a refund and only one person knew how to do that.  Crew said it wasn't their fault.  Then said they would have the order ready in five minutes.   Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone even answered and they were putting out drive thru orders with no problems.   I understand if you are short handed but don't understand not trying to help the customer.   Really bad experience

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. There are 6 employees in the back playing around and someone who looks to be management playing with them. I placed my order at 9:20 and it's now 10:49. I'm the only one in the lobby. Mind you the lobby closed down at 10pm the drive thru does not have a turn around so once your in line you are stuck. Anyway. They gave me my order they even said they triple checked it. Well I didn't get the two crispanadas note did I get my cheesy beefy nacho. My tacos are soggy because they made them first. There is only one person in here that was trying to make out food and get us out of here. He was respectful caring and also was the one doing all the cleaning Grover  this man Really needs a raise. He is carrying the weight of the whole team. The other foul mouth employees who complain about the menu items and complain about the customers coming in should probably be eggs to use their expertise at another location because clearly they don’t wanna work here

Over 40 minutes waiting in DT, I learned not to go inside any Taco Bell. You have to order on a kiosk and still wait at least 30 minutes. Taco Bell needs to actually hire competent people!!! I had to repeat my small 4 items 3 times at the box, and with the person at the window 3 more times. Put some damn employees back in the stores and have cashiers!!! Several locations only have 2-3 people working. NOT ENOUGH!!! SOON IT WILL BE AS YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS!!!

Service was terrible. No one took my order at order spot. Lady at window was very unfriendly and miffed because she had to take my order. Did not receive my drink and food was cold. Closed the window without any conversation at all so I didn’t bother to ask for my drink. Very evident that I was a huge bother to her. Needless to say, I will not be back.

We ordered food for four people 3 crave boxes and 2 cheese quesadillas.  First complaint none of the food was marked, so since we ordered different types of the same items we had to open  and unfold each burrito to identify our food. The burritos were small with a small amount of unidentifiable stuff inside it was , my burrito Supreme is the picture included I didn't eat it looked like pureed goop. My soft taco had very little goop inside also.

The food was better than my normal taco bells in the area the manager Emarald was doing a good job at making sure everything was right and in order and everyone got their stuff and it was prepared well . BEST TACO BELL EVER!!!Food: 5/5

There were  no other cars in the drive thru when I pulled up yet I still waited 25 minutes to get my order. Not an uncommon occurrence at this location. These people are horrible!Food: 1/5

This Taco Bell is suffering from the same issues all fast food restaurants have seen since Covid. Understaffing, overwork from app/mobile orders, dine-in not offered, and worst of all, they do nothing to retain you as a customer. After waiting over an hour for two separate mobile orders and nothing done to retain me as a customer, i.e. discounts, refunds, coupons for future visits I will not be returning. Such a shame.

Ordered multiple tacosbeef and cheese only, a Mexican pizza combo, and multiple burritos and side sauces. Not only did I not receive my Mexican pizza after a 35 minute wait, but the food completely wrong, and ALL of it was cold. I can somewhat understand screwing up if you are busy but when I’m the only one in the store waiting for a Togo order then how do you screw up that royally… I will not be back, it isn’t the first time this location has screwed up my order but this was the worst and it will definitely be the last. I will not return.

40 min drive thru wait-time at 1pm with 3 cars in front of me, no exaggeration.Service: 1/5
