Blacksburg Taco Bell is on point. They make things consistently better than the Christiansburg location, and when I modify things via the app, I always get what I ordered. The only time my order has been incorrect is when they were understaffed, which is fair; working fast food is rough. You guys rock.Food: 5/5

the taco bell experience is amazing. you get the same thing late at night at like 2 am or you can get the same exact experience at 10 am and it'll be the same fever dream. crunch wrap supreme is the best thing on the menu don't even argue with meFood: 2/5

If you go inside past 7pm you have to wait so long for someone to take your order.. It's definitely went downhill in the past couple of years .. It costs so much for a DLT . Definitely a 99Cent taco, not over 3$ .. You can go to the Mexican Restaurant across the street for 2.70 plus tax for a taco . Ita going to be a hard pass until they can fix these problems..

Food was great. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food inside, while watching the drive thru hustling and getting their food out in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly.Food: 5/5

I was trying to complete a delivery order and this is The worst staff and “management” I’ve encountered. Spoke to the “manager” on duty last night and she kept interrupting me, wouldn’t listen and I told her I would address this with corporate because of her attitude and she told me to go ahead and call them she didn’t care. I guess you wouldn’t care when they don’t do anything to fix the problem. I would  not recommend eating here, If you see how they make the food with bare hands and not wear gloves. Disgusting.

To date, best Taco Bell location I have eaten at. The food is the same as any other taco bell, but what makes it special is that the staff are always nice, and the drive-through/pick-up orders are almost always made accurately! Husband craves tacos often, so plenty of experiences to back up this review!Food: 5/5

Rude, slow service, both as a customer and as a delivery partner this location is by far the WORST!  Just a suggestion to management maybe you should open the inside or pick up or mobile orders, I have had multiple times where I have had more than one delivery order and they have made me pull back through the line this affects the quality, service and time for both customers.

absolutely terrible. worst taco bell ever. lobby closes at 10pm but you can mobile order and then not get your order. staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. if i could rate it 0 stars i would.Food: 1/5

I love Taco Bell but not this Taco Bell. It seems every time I order, something goes wrong. I order a taco supreme and get a potato taco. I indicate a few diablo sauces on the mobile app and it's a 50-50 whether or not I get it. One time, I got somebody else's order.  I went today and specifically asked for some diablo sauces at the counter and when I got home, there was none. I must have gotten a dozen free taco vouchers at this point.

I went in and grabbed a $5 box. The dude who took my order was awesome. Very friendly and made legitimate conversation. The place was clean and felt brand new. The food was great and came out quick.
