I was not pleased with my my order. I ordered a nacho bell grande with extra cheese. My nachos ended up with barely any toppings at all and were very bare. Definitely no extra cheese, Even though I was charged for it. And most of the nachos were just plain chips. Very Disappointed.Food: 2/5
Got there at 1145 after placing an order and paying for on mobile app. Sat in drive thru unacknowledged for 5 minutes. Finally, an employee who was breaking down boxes at the back door informed me that they were closed due to lack of help. Told him I paid for the order already on the app. He went inside to presumably talk to someone higher on the food chain, then came back and told me to pound sand paraphrasing. So now I have to deal with Taco Bell's wonderful customer service team, and wait 3 weeks to get a refund. Always have issues at this TB but keep coming back due to convenience of location.
Ordered online to pickup inside. The doors were locked. No sign saying anything about dinning room being closed. Ordered cheesy Fiesta potatoes. Overcooked in old oil. Was like eating rocks. This place just keeps getting worse.Food: 2/5
Main issue with this Taco Bell is the pricing. For some reason a number of items are multiple dollars higher than other area Taco Bell locations. A Bell Breakfast box is $7.49 as opposed to the general $5.00 at all the others. The Build your own cravings box on the app is also dramatically higher at $9.99 when it is $5.99 everywhere else. For a standard Taco Bell with pretty slow service, why would I pay multiple dollars more? Luckily there is a Wendys a block down the street now and a McDonalds close by, so I guess I'm still covered for fast food trips in the area.
40 minutes wait for a simple crunch wrap, burrito, and side. Attitude was crazy, employees talking loudly amongst themselves and doing everything except making the food. I don't expect much from fast food, but the lobby was literally empty, and it wasn't like they were swamped with orders.Food: 1/5
I love the spicy potato tacos on the value menu. It's taco bell. You know exactly what you're going to get. If you like it is a great value and solidly good fast food. Was no wait when I was there Parking: Lots. If busy might be 50-80 feet of a walk Wheelchair accessibility: Not powered door. Door a bit narrow might be a difficult fit
If you order through uber eats you won't get your order at all or it will be incorrect. Cashier argued that the order was for breakfast foods. I showed him the order and the address was correct.Food: 1/5

The most overpriced Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Within the last week they upped their prices over 50% for all items which is INSANE. The customer service is horrible at this location, food is always missing something/they don’t follow removal instructions. Thank god there is another TB location within 10 minutes of this one & I don’t mind the drive. The prices are NORMAL Taco Bell prices at any other location. Why would I pay 8.99 for a $5 COMBO BOX?! This location is about to become the next Burger King in South Milwaukee. Shut down and REPLACED with something better!
