Pretty gross. You're not getting food at a value for what you paid, and it's at a point where you're not even obtaining the item that's advertised. I'm not sure how "Beefy" 5 Layer Buritto, translates to a Bean, cheese, and sour cream burrito by either name or ingredient number, but it's to be expected with fast food. Every now and then, there's just that one order that makes you feel like enough is enough. This was one of those orders. The Dipping Taco, in photo, is an interesting new menu item. The Dipping Taco, in reality, is an inedible disappointment. Couple the piss poor food quality with the unreliable menu offerings *cough* Nacho Fries *cough* and I'm officially over Taco Bell.
The team at this location is easily the best team at any Taco Bell !! I have only ever had great experiences here. Every team member I've interacted with is SO nice and hardworking. Any time I've ever had an issue with an order, they go above and beyond to make it right. This team seriously deserves some raises & I hope they get them ! Y'all are awesome:
I literally just left from up there and I paid for 2 extra soft tacos with no lettuce and easy cheese for it not to be in my bag. I am calling up to the store as I type this review, and of course there’s no answer after calling 7x back to back. 0 starsFood: 1/5
Nice employees I came here on Saturday and there was only one customer in the lobby so I got my big order fast, the guy that took my order was very patient and nice to me I don't know his name but him and the rest of the employees seem very nine and look like they all know what they're doing, so far best taco bell employees with a greatattitude. Thankyou. Vegetarian options: Have plates and burrito that are meat free.
Update still can’t figure out how to make tacos with just meat and cheese only absolutely a joke no wonder they work at Taco Belllearn to read and follow instructions I expect a full refund from you poor location and will be filing a corporate complaint If I could give it 0 stars I would horrible staff unfriendly and can't make a order correctly order 5 soft tacos meat and cheese only and 3 hard tacos meat and cheese only and get home and 2 of the hard tacos are crumbling stuffed inside another taco shell what a joke
This Taco bell deserves a zero 0/5 stars. I was there a couple of days ago and requested for the $5 craving box. The Spanish employee that was introduced as the supervisor who took my order appears not to understand what I ordered because the total was supposed to be $5.41 but she charged about $2 or so and a young teenage employee added them together and charged me over $8. The teenage employee was so professional. But the Spanish supervisor was very very unprofessional and I returned the no craving box that was given to me. I requested for my money back but she said she could not credit my card back. I asked her for the receipt because the receipt was inside the bag with the order and she ha taken it from me. She did not give me the receipt so I told her that the $5 craving box is usually $5:41 with tax. She gave me cash and I drove off. When I counted the money she gave to me, it was only $4:41 and I check my card online and saw that my account was debited with $8:32 which was way out of line for the $5 craving box. I have called the corporate number several times and no one has called me back. Today I called the corporate and was put on hold for over an hour and someone hung up on me. I called back and the same thing happened. Nobody from corporate has called me to resolve the problem. I am still waiting for Taco Bell Corporate member to call me back with a solution to my complaint and concerns. Taco bell is owing me some money and I will continue to edith this review as necessary until this case is resolved by Taco bell or the Corporate.
Score this visit NEGATIVE 10!!! Sonia and Dalia if that’s even their real names, were rude on 11-10/2023 at 1:08pm in the drive thru. They need to be retrained how to do their job! Unpleasant and aggressively rude! I think they gave me false names because the receipt had a Beatriz V listed as the cashier, so the Manager lied and she said her name was Sonia. But she had to think for 5 seconds before she said “Sonia” I asked for my receipt and they had to DIG it out of the trash can AND TORE the survey code and their store number like I won’t be able to get that information. Shame on them. Never will I nor my CLAN — visit that store again. Score negative 10!

What a disgrace, the one who is there, Walter is poorly behaved, he is disrespectful to his workers, he puts them to work for more than 40 hours x 7 days and he does not give them rest and the workers look tired to the rest. Mr. Walter has preferences with other people. of work and they discriminate against others by giving them a lot of work and they are days of rest, it is ridiculous and not at all professional and only because they are women they take advantage of the fact that they do not speak English or understand it
Been using the app to order from here which is way more reliable. However, they keep making my order too early when I order it for a specific time. Parking: If you order online they have two spots to park specifically for pickup/to go orders.
