Ordered a cheese quesadilla in the drive thru and upon getting home I noticed there was half the usual amount of cheese (most bites were pure tortilla) and NO creamy jalapeño sauce which is supposed to come on the quesadilla. It's half the reason I order the quesadillas is for the sauce. Also the quesadilla was borderline burnt. It's as if someone who has never made food outside of a microwave attempted to make my food. The real problem is when I called the restaurant to let them know the issue, they let it ring and ring until the fax machine noise came on. I thought maybe they were just busy so I tried 10min later and once more after that and no answer. Horrible customer service and I feel ripped off. Will not return to this location. I've been going to this location off and on for the past 5 years and it USED to be the BEST taco bell. I remember one employee Guadalupe "lupe" was awesome and she always remembered me and my order. Since last year this location has gone downhill in a big way. Sad! If the franchisee sees this and cares, please respond and make this right. I doubt they will.

Was probably the worst taco bell experience I have had...service was very slow...the customer service was below par...the food was cold and my cinabons were spicy...wont go back

Don't come often but when I do it seems my order gets confused and I'm missing something even though the board showed it correctly.

this place will always have a special place in my heart because it is where I had my first ever chalupa and it was so good
