This place doesn't always get it right, but the managers go above and far beyond to make wrongs right. I love this place. :)

I went there this morning solely for their caramel apple empanadas. I ordered four of them. They told me there would be a 6 min wait. I was fine with it. I pulled up and they told me no charge for the wait. I also got a large drink and 2 bags of cinnamon twist. All for free, because I had a small wait. Awesome customer service.

One of the better Taco Bell locations if not the best that I have been to. Items are always full of ingredients, no skimping here.  Order is always correct, even when you have special requests.  In and out no problems, never asked to pull aside at drive thru.  Employees very nice and respectful.   I'll be back .

Newer location, you can tell from the exterior. Same food as every TB, but it is always clean inside and they don't mess up our orders.

This place is amazing, I get exactly what I order everytime and the food is always perfectly cooked in a timely manner, the staff are friendly and helpful and have never had a bad experience at this taco bell. The only taco bell I will go to in Akron. Period. Keep up the good work.
