I eat here all the time! Always professional, never ever skimp, they're always fast (I always use the drive through), cordial, never mess up my order, and the vibe I get makes it seem like no one behind the counter hates their job. They have a great crew there right now, and whatever they're getting paid isn't enough.

Seriously the best Taco Bell I've ever had near me in my life, and I've lived all over the US. THERE'S A REASON I GO HERE THREE TIMES A WEEK! Keep up the great work, these past poor experiences in these reviews are jackasses that have nothing better to do with their time.

I took this photo to illustrate just how good this place is, three more cars behind me because I'm not the only one that thinks this place kicks ass. Just as cordial as ever during this particular rush, my wait was only a few minutes from the time I pulled up to the end of the line (5 cars to the order screen), to the time I drove off with my food.

I was short items on three of the last five times I was in the drive thru. Be sure and check your order before leaving or go inside to place your order.

Update - I received all of my items on my latest visit due to ordering inside. However, I stood around for a little over two minutes before either of the two people acknowledged my presence. I know they saw me because we made eye contact. I don't expect them to wait on me right away if they are busy but at least acknowledge my presence and let me know you will be right with me. Bottom line - more training needed in customer service.

Over the Memorial Day weekend, I stopped by my local Taco Bell in Beavercreek, Ohio store # 003627. 7 days a week I order the same thing for breakfast from various Taco Bells throughout the Dayton Ohio area in my travels and have made a purchase like this more than 100 times. So when I received my order, it was literally half the size that I have received from every other Taco Bell 100's of times. So I walked back in to explain the problem and the so called manager "Jake" told me it was the right size, and insisted I was wrong and he could re-make it, but it would be just the same. Folks, this was a $1 item and Jake chose to argue with me that I was wrong and it was the right size. Any decent manager would have apologized and corrected the problem to save a frequent valued customer. But not Jake, he had to make it a point that he was right and I was wrong. Jake did not correct the problem even after I informed him that I would be in touch with Corporate about the problem and would be happy to leave a Google and Yelp Review of the lousy service I received. How Jake ever made it to manager by mistreating customers like I was done, is beyond me. I will choose not to visit this location ever again, I hope Jake having to be right was worth losing future business, because that is exactly what has resulted from his lack of customer service expertise.
