Had the WORST experience here tonight!!!! It started off with the girl who was supposed to be taking my order was to busy giggling with her coworkers to get my order right after I had to repeat it 3 times. The nacho bell grande had barely any toppings, I paid extra for extra cheese and onions and didn't get it. The smothered beef burrito was mostly rice with hardly any sauce or cheese, I was told I was given lots of sauce and got 4 whole packets. The taco meat tasted so bad I couldn't even eat them. The beef was also left out of the burrito supreme that was wrapped incorrectly. I did get a free cinnamon stick for having to wait for over 20 min after I paid to get my food (By the way, I was the first person in line). This is the second time in a row I have had a horrible experience at this location, I will not be giving them a 3rd time. The worst part is that Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite restaurants and this one is only a couple blocks away.

Convenient location... HOWEVER, the staff is overly talkative to each other even while taking someone's order at the counter...also transitioning shifts that are leaving hang around the front and distract the workers as well. Upon receiving my food (crunchwrap) there was a miniscule amount of taco meat between the mounds of lettuce and they forgot the cheese sauce...they did replace my order with one made correctly with no hassle. As far as bathrooms the men's restroom was out of soap...and the women's restroom had soap but a broken dispenser. (my wife had to shove her hand up under the machine to get the soap to come out manually) Wasn't that busy while I was there but yet people after me in line we're waiting well over 10 minutes for simple orders and single value meals... My visit was a weekday around 6:30pm. Not a good experience but will return to hopefully gain a larger perspective before crossing this one off my list!!!
