Food is ALWAYS gross. Tacos sitting soaking the bottom of the shell making it soggy and bust through the bottom. LONG LINES ALWAYS and the crazy thing you sit forever in the line and the food still isn't hot :/ not everyone is DRUNK late night I want decent food. I.e. This food would only be good if you were drunk 😵

Every single time we come to this establishment, something is incorrect with our order, and don't get me started on the coustomer service. At the ordering speaker, they do not listen and you have to repeat yourself multiple times and it still comes out wrong. You wait in line most days more than 15 minutes to get th the window and wait another 5-10! When you get home tocrealize your order is wrong you call and they never answer. You leave a voicemail to no return call! If the food was decent the wait wouldn't be so bad. We are not going back to this place again. We will take our money to places like chick-fli-a where we have never had any issues with our order, the wait most days is shorter, and the coustomer service is stand up!!! NOT WVEN WORTH A STAR!!!

Came here to get a late night meal with my family. They were closed at 11:50 pm which is super early because Google and their drive thru hours said they close at 2 am on a Thursday. There were people on the inside completely ignoring me and my family and they wouldn't even come to the window and tell us they were closed. Taco Bell boasts about eating great late, but if they close that early how am I supposed to do that. At least have the decency to change your hours.

Of all the Tacos Bell's I have eaten, this one on Beal Pkwy is my favorite. When I ask for extra cheese on my tacos or burritos, I definitely know that I got it. At the other Taco Bell's when I ask for extra cheese, it's a good thing I did, because if I didn't, I wouldn't have had any cheese at all.

Food is great, if you have 45 minutes out of your day to wait in the never ending drive thru. It never fails no matter what time you go here the line to the drive thru is wrapped all the way around the store. Also there's times you spend all that time in the line just to get to the window and be told there's no more beef. Come on now. Horrible, I'll go to Mary Esther from now on.
