Ordered a 7 layer burrito and the rice was hard as a rock and inedible. Also, the lady at the front didn't even know how to operate the computer to put down a steak taco (which didn't even have more than 2 pieces of steak on it) for like 2 minutes, isn't there some sort of training for that? On top of all that they couldn't even bother to put the "all new only at Taco Bell" Gatorade in the machine, it was literally just water. Never going here again, at night, that is.

Went to drive thru, greeted by friendly staff. He was very professional. Did not have to wait long. My food was hot. Quality was what you would expect from Taco Bell. Would definitely stop at this location again when I'm in the area.

The workers are so damn rude. Sorry you guys hate your life and reflect negative energy. Food is cold, customer service is garbage.
