Thank you for reaffirming the stereotype that all restaurants in the north side are lower in quality and service. I know of a few good places to eat but you certainly aren't helping the reputation. I came in to place a rather large order (as I usually do) before I left I made sure to check its accuracy, I know large orders are complicated and don't hold not getting it 100% against you. However I am very pleasant when I report my missing food items and I expect you to be as well. Not to be accused of trying to get free items. When I showed you my receipt you said that the guy behind the Counter must have entered it incorrectly. I was missing two items worth a total of 2$ You tried to charge me for these (even though I'd already paid for them)when you then told me you would give me one of the items for free for my trouble (in a very condescending tone) you were shocked when I picked up the few items you did get correct and left the store. I live not far from here and this was a very convenient location for me. Guess I'll be dining elsewhere. 2 stars instead of one because I'm not a monster.

You know, the food wasn't half bad. The tea was terrible. Tasted old. It was ok clean wise... service was on par with fast food these days... fair at best.

I love taco bell. Love it. Just not this location. Waited about half an hour for the slug line to move. Order 4 of the taco burritos, 2 normal, 2 meat/cheese only. Both of the meat/cheese only ones had sour cream on them. One of the regular ones was fine but the other literally looked like it had a small bite taken out of it (could've just torn I know) but in this "bite" hole was a couple of delicious hairs. Not going tobthat taco bell again. There's plenty in town to choose from.

I use to kind of like taco bell tacos, but now the so called beef doesn't taste or look like meat. Last night brought some home, the meat was a red gloopy looking stuff. Did not taste like taco meat. Plus other items they advertised on tv, never really look like that when you buy them. I may not eat there anymore. I know tv always makes things better than they are on all food adds. But you get tired of it. The 1.99 soft taco was more rip off, hardly any of the strange meat. All lettuce.
