So I call to find out what time they close. I work late and usually don't get to eat until 1am or so. I called, they said drive through closes at 2am. Great! Go up there at 10pm and they are closed. They're in there, just not doing anything. After the second time this happened I give up.

I went through the drive thru and the lady who took my order was very friendly and professional. The food was right and exactly how I ordered it. Very nice compared to other experiences at different locations.

We were driving back from the beach for a "quick" stop for lunch.  When I walked in the shift lead was working the drive thru. One of the associates screamed as if they saw a rat.  The Shift Lead kept saying "that's how you get beat up at Taco Bell" he said it like 5 times very loud, like this was a joke. Very unprofessional! The rest of the staff was coming and going for lunch, including one on her cellphone in the back.  Literally this was the worst managed operation that I've ever seen. NEVER AGAIN!

Went inside friendly but no personality. Waited 15 minutes for 2 double Chalupas. Instead of working as a team people were just standing around. Then a emyess whom I assumed was a manager came up talking to a friend saying I'm so tired of this place. I hate it here. Not a good image.
