Employees are always fun and super nice. That being said this tbell sucks.  Drive through slow asf.  Tonight I went and the dine in part wasn’t open (like how/why? Doesn’t even say on the tiny handwritten note left on their door that you literally have to get out of your car to read) and there was also a sign on one of the doors saying please use other door so that’s broken and not fixed. Also the cheese on the casadilla I got wasn’t really melted.  The other time I went there there was garbage stacked all over the place like it hadn’t been taken out in forever and the tables were all covered in gross food from previous customers. Whoever owns/manages this place needs to get their head out of their rear otherwise sell it before they go out of business lol.  Employees 5 plave as a whole and whoever runs it = -1

This is a taco bell saten would be proud of. This review has been a long time coming and  I feel compelled to share this in case anyone has the ill conceived thought of visiting this establishment. Don't visit this taco bell if you like having basic customer service, correct orders, timly orders, or being able too even order at all. On separate occasions they have been out of beef, chicken,  taco shells, hot sauce, cheese, limited time items. Although they never seem to run out of rubbery steak and beans (thank the lord). On the off occasion I try to treat my heart to a breakfast there I have twice been told they didn't have eggs and last time at 7:30 a.m (they open at 7 i might add) I was informed they wouldn't be ready to serve food till around 8. I should mention also that the "resturaunt" is drive thru only a 1/3 of the time due to lack of staffing.
You might wonder, "why would he continue to go there if it's so bad". Well I have consumer amnesia, I love taco bell and it is a block away. A deadly trifecta. My qualms arnt even necessarily with the workers, it lies mainly with the managment which is so inept that there would be better customer satisfaction and profit margin if they let the customers run the shop. The owner of this grotto must be either purposfully negligent, or utterly ignorant. I've never come across such an embarrassment of a business. I recommend the people of lacrosse and any drifter coming through that if they don't want to spend money only to curse a burrito shop, then not to waste their time at this disaster and try taco johns down the street.

Only gave my half my order and poor customer service. When I called and said they forgot half my order they told me the reason was they were busy. There was barely any cars in the parking lot and there was only one car ahead of me. They didn't even apologize and told me I could come back.

Sick of waiting over 10 mins for old chalupa shells.  I'm fine with waiting but at least give me fresh food.

We usually have really great service when we come here and the food is pretty good. The only thing that has happened more than once is they have either forgotten the Lettuce on my Boyfriends Quesadilla which he ordered or they put it in a bowl on the side like why? There have also been times we've had to wait more than 10 minutes to get our food. Overall the food is a 9/10 Service is more like a 4/10. They seem like they tend to hire the bottom of the barrel employees there. Not all are bad some are really great but most are meh.
