I've been going to this Taco Bell for many years and trust me when I say it is going down hill at a rapid pace.  I work in Omaha and had someone pick up my lunch today.  When I got it I couldn't eat it.  The taco salad had black hair in it and the Pepsi didn't have any syrup.  I drove back to Council Bluffs (30 minute drive) and I told the guy at the counter I would like a new salad and that they needed to change the Pepsi tank.  I did this quietly to avoid embarrassment of the staff and there were people there eating who didn't need to know about this.  The person at the counter was nice, the lady making my salad was rude and loud and couldn't figure out why I eat my salads without cheese.  Then I asked the guy helping at the counter for a bag and that guy threw the bag at me, balled up my receipt and threw it down on the counter.    
This place either needs new management or new employee's.  I don't know which.  I understand things happen, I've been in customer service for over 40 years but to be rude to a customer that isn't making a fuss or being rude is not right.  I'm sure you want to keep your customers coming back but this is the 3rd time this has happened to me and I'm just one customer.  How many others are experiencing the same thing?  
Please look into this.  I love Taco Bell but for now I will wait a good while before I go back to that location.  If the same thing happens again, I will have to start eating elsewhere.

Service sucks! Better check and make sure your order is right and complete! It's the only one close to my home and don't want to drive clear across town to the other one,so I'm kinda stuck going here if I want TB.

I love taco bell  allways haven't tryed all there food but I have eating my share they are allways nice takes u order and has good food

It's ok for a fast bite but nothing I would take home and serve family or friends..

Basic fast food. Unfortunately on more than one occasion this location has ran out of beef, lettuce and cheese. Poor management ordering inventory.
