Long wait. I've been here only once and I won't be back. There was about 3-5 things on the menu just straight sold out! As if Taco Bell actually stopped serving the loaded grillers.

I saw 4 staff members talking in the back while one dude had to make my whole meal. Do you all understand why fast food is fast?

Much funnier follow up question. Do you know how to run a business?

I ordered a Big Box, T4, and Supreme Nachos.
My Big Box had no challupa
My T4 was cold 
My Supreme Nachos was 10 tacos. 
I got stuck in line for 40 mins.
The 2 stars are for the cashier Starr and the gentleman who gave me my food, he apologized for my wait.

I waited for a few minutes. U could tell their short of staff. I actually went to this taco bell around 5 30pm but the lobby was closed. Due no staff able to work the front area.  Around 823 pm I came back line was a little shorter then before. I did wait,but the lady ask if I mind waiting while she assit the customer at the window.  She came back with an apology  and placed my order.  She was nice friendly at the window.  Took good care of me at the window.  Very smooth transition today.

The food was your average taco bell food, but the service at the drive through was not the best. Their intercom system did not seem to work too well and wasn't as renovated as newer taco bells.

Lengthy wait.  No apologies for having customers wait so long. Definitely needs retraining in customer service.  Food ok  at best.
