Girl at register was crying and said she didn't feel good but manager wouldn't let her go home. Service was slow and no hot sauce.  I was really upset they wouldn't let the young lady leave. She broke my heart trying not to cry.

Pulled up front in a semi truck and the lobby was open. The girl inside said sorry the lobby is closed, the door should have been locked, you'll have to come through the drive thru. I explained I was in the semi truck parked outside on the shoulder and could I please place an order. No, sorry, not unless you come through the drive thru. Terrible customer service.

I've had many slow experiences in the drive thru. It seems more people get out of line than stay for food. Although going inside we've had great service.

Did not even order because the staff could not handle the traffic at 730 on a Sunday.  I would not even say they were all that busy. More training needed for the high schoolers that are working.
