Stopped in at 10:16 am with a family of 7. Only one customer in there and nobody in drive thru. One employee was rubbing her nose with her bare hands while handling coffee. She looked right at us waiting at the counter and did not greet us or acknowledge us. One employee working the line also looked right at us and did not greet us or acknowledge us just continued talking to another unseen employee. Waited 7 min while the woman tapped her fingers on the counter staring at the coffee maker and the other chatted with his coworker. Walked out didn't even get stopped or an apology just a blank stare. This is not how you make money people.

The young lady at the drive thru had an attitude, and she kept interrupting me everytime I was ordering. I told her I wanted hard tacos, but she gave me soft. She was not very nice at all, and on top of all of that half of my food was cold and not how I ordered it.

Be sure to check your order here if you are grabbing take out. I guess that should go without saying, but, I feel like they should get it right without the customer having to stand over their shoulder. My first indicator was that my order was placed on a tray in spite of being ordered to go. I pointed out that it needed bagged and that is specifically said "to go" on my receipt which meant it was also on their screen. Then after a quick glance in the bag, I left only to check after getting halfway home, and realizing they left off my nachos. Yep, had to turn around and go back. They did give me a free cinatwists order "for my trouble" but that was hardly a concession for cold burritos and tacos once I finally got home with our food.

Everytime I go there before 9pm I order is messed up. Night always have great service. But day shift always mess up food and argue bout it like I don't have receipt.

It sucked. They were out of ice so had to have them feel the cups up behind the counter. Went to get our drinks to find out all the drinks were out. My buddy went to get tea got a half glass before it was empty. Sent my daughter over to Subway to buy drinks. She got back several minutes before our food was ready.
