Today I went into the restaurant and stood in line. The customer in front of me said watch out for the cashier she grabbed his drink cup with one hand and put her fingers into the cup with the other hand after handling money. I stepped up and ordered. Sure enough she grabbed the cup and then with the other hand she put her fingers into the cup. I asked for another cup, giving her the reason why. She made a face at me and slammed the other cup on the counter. I told her its a health violation and she roller her eyes. At that point I asked for the manager. She refused. I asked again. She refused. Third time asking she finally got the manager.
I explained to the manager what happen and her reply was she's new. I explained her attitude was a major issue. I went and sat down waiting for my order. I watched the girl working the drive through window approach the cashier who helped me. I front of me they whispered and the cashier made more faces. The drive through girl looked right at me after making fun of the situation. At this point I asked for the person above the manager who allowed this to happen right in front of her. Julie Scott came out of the office and listened to my story. I asked for a business card. I was given a posted note. Health risk and sad employee supervision. Watch them and  video  it. Post it and maybe they'll change.

Clean bathrooms and dining room. Never had sanitary issues. Once in a while they'll forget something, or get the order incorrect, but other than that, mostly helpful employees. Fast food for cheap prices. There's nothing particularly special about this specific Taco Bell.

This Bell is fine and we go by probably 2-3x a month, but we had the most awkward experience today. Generally, the staff is ok, but the girl on drive-thru this afternoon was the oddest ever! First, didn't repeat our order, talked over us to get our drink order, and then seemed annoyed when we wanted to make sure she heard us. Ok, whatever. In person...wow. Said NOTHING. Just STARED. Had her hand out the window with our drink and actually pulled her hand back when my husband went to get it because I was counting out the entire $6 we owed. Not that she had a second hand out, we practically could have grabbed and gone as she wasn't paying attention. We would say thank you and she would just close the window or STARE and then close the window. We wanted some mild sauce? How dare we...STARE. It wasn't that she didn't hear us (or if that were the case, maybe ask us to say it again). No customer service whatsoever, even what little you might expect from fast food. It was just way too uncomfortable and very seemingly bitchy.
