It's just like any other taco bell. Last time I ate here the crunch wrap supreme had a soft taco shell inside. (It's suppose to be cruchy). And the burritos weren't wrapped properly. But what do you expect at a fast food restaurant

This is an update. Food is great and service has dramatically improved. The weird issues are completely resolved. Was 3⭐, now 5⭐. Original review: The food is good and the staff are friendly. They are regularly out of things that are weird, like medium sized cups. Or lettuce. They are always backed up in the drive thru. It seems poorly managed.

Indoor ordering is a little more hit or miss than drive through ordering. The last time I went I got the wrong box order, didn't get the extra soft taco, and got 3 extra cheesy gordita chrunches that I didn't order, and I still can't figure out how it happened. When I went up to get the correct box the order taker suggested that I said the wrong thing, when I know I didn't, and a manager quickly stepped in to resolve the issue. I do not normally have these problems ordering through the drive through, and I know some of those order takers by name now because of how awesome they are! Always accurate, always the right sauce, and always friendly even when I add something at the window, and always hot and fresh.

Absolutely the slowest service i ever get at a fast food restaurant. I come here reguarly because I love close and it is always rediculas. It seriously would be to drive across town to the other one and back.

Great food! Food was hot! Service was fast! We ordered a box of 12. tacos! Didn't have to wait! Forgetting the napkins in drive thru is my only complaint!
