In the morning, there was exactly one person working. This made the drive thru service very slow. That said, it was also made to order. My wife and I came in once for lunch and the place was a mess and the food... Well, the food was he very accurate reflection of the state of the restaurant. Granted, that it was a combination Taco John's - Spaghetti Shop, and we were eating spaghetti shop and not Taco John's, but the effect was still the same. On a positive note, the service, although slow, was friendly and helpful.

We went there at 9:45 AM and got told that they would not be open for another 15-20 minutes....... are you freaking kidding me?????? Like they are supposed to be open early for BREAKFAST. Or did they just forget about that! Plus it was a dang struggle to even get to the drive through..... worst place ever!!!!! They need new management or something!!!!! Never will I even show up they're again because who knows they may be closed just because!

star because you can't put ZERO. Which is actually what they should get. Came from outta down to stop and grab some tacos for our family as we were headed home.  1 gal said we should of called first to get our order done faster???? Then after asking us about sauce, which we wanted MILD, she fills the bag with HOT. went back in and asked for the switch and the gal throws all the packets on the counter behind her. Wow. Taco Bell it is next time. Thanks. #fromGrandIsand.

I ordered two orders of sirloin steak nachos they both had about 8 to 10 chips and their wasn't enough cheese or toppings to cover the few chips that we got and ordered two cups of cheese for potato oles and mexi rolls and asked if I got both of them and they said yes but got home and only had one! I will not go back to taco John's I will go to Moe's!

Our family was not happy with this location. The drive thru is not marked clearly . After ordering we WAITED forever,  to get our food.  And the food was cold !! We didnt bring it to the employees attention because we thought it would take to long to fix the problem.  The employees were nice though.
