Welcoming, Kind employees, fresh tasty food, and a milk bone for the pooch. Never been to taco time before today. We are traveling and needed a quick bite and an alternative to McDs. These employees left a great impression. Will definitely try again.Food: 5/5
We eat Taco time a couple times a month. They are the only location in las Vegas so you'd think their standards would be up to par. The only good worker they have is the Hispanic lady who is there 90% of the time. When she isn't there they borrow the lazy kids from burger king next door who could care less if my order is correct, if they made it right, or whether they were even trained to work at Taco time. Who knows?! I can tell you that their menu items are not cheap either. That said- if I'm spending almost $5 for one taco & I get at least 3tacos for 4people the cost is over $50.00! That's not including sides or drinks.....I don't mind paying for quality tacos, whatever the price is, no problem. I dunno when the last time you changed the oil in your fryers, but the oil is bad! Last but NOT least-- you need to lower your prices or fire those lazy kids that gave me tacos that look like this !!! Wow, right?!
How do I put it? 30% the flavor of Taco Bell with 130% the pricing. I tried the pork burrito, a beef crispy burrito and a bean crispy burrito. While none were bad at all, they all had very little flavor. On the plus side, their taco sauce is really good and made everything much more edible. Would I eat here again? Maybe. I'd have to really not want Burger King and be too broke to mess with Uber Eats.
I feel that this place has changed. The food used be be so good. Now it's not worth the drive across the city. I used to drive 3 times a week from boulder city. How about hiring people who really care to do a good job. Maybe clean the place up a bit. I wish there were more Taco Times in our area.Service: 3/5
Just stopped in to eat and even though the line was stocked of food/ingredients and the burger king side had a full staff of workers working with taco time shirts on there was no one working the Taco time side. Then a lady worker came over and said they were not open today. Even though they were clearly open. We were literally only going to get some crisp burritos and mexi fries all from the fryer but I guess that’s too much work. Please note that the Burger King side although fully staffed they was not busy at all. We drove out of our way on our road trip to enjoy some taco time but it seems the service has gone down hill. Sad and unfortunate.
We grew up on Taco Time in Utah, so when we heard there was one here we were ecstatic! This place used to be allllmost as good as home, so we kept going. The last couple years however have shown the service to be abysmal, the food WELL below par, and the prices just keep going up. Please, train your people better! Teach them the difference between a burrito and a taco. And ask that they make the food CORRECTLY. So disappointed
Was told I’d be served in a minute then, stood there for ten minutes while she went around making other orders. I could see she was the only one working so, not entirely her fault but maybe take two seconds out to take my order and let me sit down to wait instead of having me stand at the counter. Finally left without placing an order.Food: 1/5
After leaving a scathing review and 1 of a previous visit to a Taco Time, we are thrilled to review that not all Taco Time's serve nasty food! The Taco Time in the TA in Vegas gets 5's! Dominique took our order and prepared our meals. Friendly, knowledge and quick! 2 burritos, a side of rice, a quesadilla, and large fries. All well prepared and served hot! Thank you Dominique for restoring our faith in Taco Time! Great customer service!
Look at these photos. We are human beings not rats. This is disgusting. The blobs of flesh posing as human beings at this place HAVE to be removed. Every single one. Including the Burger King next door. The culture is rotten to the core. Replacing one at a time will just ensure that, one replaced employee becomes infected with the sub-human standards that the core group currently possess. This is not meant to be funny. It’s a wake up call to the owners. Zoom in on these photos and really look at what they are doing to people.
The worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time I came at this location next to the Burger King inside of a truckstop. Upon arrival, there was no customers at this location. It was completely dead. There was one older woman working. She was standing at the soda machine for a good two minutes, then walked to the back and said to me I’m taking a five minute break as she walked back to the soda machine to stock it with cups and straws. I told her it was illegal for her to be working off of the clock. She stated that she’s taking a five minute break from customers!!!! I could not believe the unprofessional manner of this woman ! who does the hiring around here ? We left and recommend not stopping at this location until the mangers can figure out their customer service issues!!
