Tadlock Roofing has proven to be everything they claim to be. From the first interaction with the sales consultant to the final inspection, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Plus, my 30-year-old shingles have been recycled and the new roof looks amazing. For full disclosure, I have the opportunity to provide professional services to Tadlock Roofing, so there was never a question about who would be replacing my roof. However, after experiencing the production side of the company, I could not be more impressed. The company culture that Dale and his leadership team have created shines through at every phase of the process, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

True professionals from A to Z!  Everyone including the roofers themselves took the time to explain everything that was being done.  This was our second time using Tadlock and we would recommend them highly!

They roofed over rotten plywood and then didn’t want to cover the repair under their “warranty” program. I was even willing to pay for some of the repair even though this should have been covered. I received a call from the owner saying that not only would they not cover the repair but that I should go use someone else for the repairs. I know this business can be tough but having the owner lie to you on a voicemail was the final straw for me. Will never use them again and will never recommend then to anyone. Very disappointed.
