We finally found a great contractor.
My Wife and I have lived in our 100 year old home for 35 year's in that time we've lived through all kinds of construction work with several different contractors.
Mike and his crew addressed structural issue's other contractors told us couldn't be done which allowed us to remove walls and open up the space for our dream kitchen. The highly skilled carpenters not only installed our new kitchen they also made mouldings and trim to match the old style existing woodwork in our home. They were on time every day & cleaned up after themselves.
Mike made the whole process easy and anytime there was an issue he would have a couple of solutions already figured out. We always felt he had time for us and was quick to respond to emails and calls. We have recommended Tait Construction several times and will continue to do so.

Mike at Tait Construction has completed 2 projects for us so far and has exceeded our expectations tenfold. His craftsmanship is top notch and he is extremely transparent throughout the entire process. For a recent remodel project we received quotes from 4 other contractors and Mike came in well below each of them; however, his quality and thoroughness was never lacking. We will definitely be bringing Tait Construction back for other home projects.
