Story

Taix Workout Studio is an award winning fitness facility, that can help you reach your health and fitness goals. We have been serving clients of the Foothills area since 2002. Taix Workout Studio has a spacious 3,000 square foot facility, ample parking, and an enjoyable environment.

Taix Workout Studio offers one-on-one personal training, premium gym memberships, boasts a large functional training room, provides a cardio area with a big screen TV and has state of the art weight machines and free weights.

Our exceptional personal trainers are highly credentialed, degree holding, and have extensive knowledge and experience in the health and fitness field. Not to mention we have a physical therapist and holistic nutritionist on staff.

In addition to Taix Workout Studio, we offer the award-winning Extreme Boot Camp®, an outdoor fitness program. Whether it’s Taix Workout Studio or Extreme Boot Camp®, we can assist you in getting in the best shape of your life!

Great studio with highly trained personal trainers.

I have been going to Taix Workout Studio over a year now and I must say, I love it! The fitness trainers are amazing at helping you reach your goals. Linda Taix is one amazing person and I highly recommended her as a trainer! Linda is also the owner of the Studio. Taix workout studio is a great family gym without the crowds you have at 24 hour fitness. From personal trainers, to all of the workout gear you can imagine, they have it all. Everything you need is at this gym. If you need a great gym... this is the place for you!

This used to be a good place, but the current management/ owners are very unscrupulous and I do NOT recommend this facility to anyone, unless you want to use substandard equipment and be treated poorly as a customer.
