Unbelievable. I was tricked by those positive reviews. No wonder they purchased fake reviews on yelp. Look how many 1 review no or 1 friend yelper reviewed on their business. 
I made the appointment on friday for my 100K mile maintenance. I asked on the phone what's the price range or give me the idea how much it will cost. They said they need to see the car, I agreed and I brought in. When I got there, couple of japanese guys who doens't speak English were chatting loud , one was smoking. I handed the key and was told to wait in a waiting room. I was waiting 1 hour and I asked how's it going? They said, they were busy and hadn't checked yet and they suggested me to go to In-N-Out or smthg, I mean I get it you're busy but then what's the appointment for and if they knew they wont be seeing my car for a while, why they didn't tell me earlier? I totally wasted my day off there, waiting all day just to get a quote. They charged me $80 for diagnostic fee which I refused to pay and I ended up paying $50 CASH, I guess those illegal workers needed to get paid by cash? My quote for 100K miles turned out to be $948.00. Is this fairly priced? I don't think so.

He is very honest and way cheaper than others. He worked and finished up my husband's car  till around 9 pm.
