Had an appointment scheduled two weeks out, by Cassandra (the receptionist) to have Talaa execute simple braids going straight back. I Called to inform her I was running  5 minutes late and I was then informed by Cassandra that Talaa had left for Denver and that she too had to left. She responded with I guess I'll come back and have to do it myself. The braids were mediocre and I was still charged the same price with no consideration of the unprofessionalism by talaa. Word to the wise don't waste your time coming to this place, you get less than satisfactory service. The only reason they get 2 stars from me is because I came here once before, had a young lady who did a wonderful job and was very polite, i had no complaints. When i scheduled the appointment, unfortunately, I was informed this young lady was no longer there.

My braids started untwisting the next day, I called the number that"s online; it always say the Verizon customer isn't taking calls at this time, which is funny to me because the very first time I called to make an appointment to get my hair braided I got through no problem!!!!!! Now there's no answer no matter when you call. I had to go to the shop and practically make one of the braiders call the owner or whoever they are to tell them that there are some braids untwisting, the female on the phone response was make an appointment Saturday with the person that braided my hair she; will do it on Saturday morning. Number one she didn't asked if I could come on Saturday. So I informed her I get off work Saturday at 2:00pm can we schedule the appointment for 3:00pm, she agreed, I wrote it down my on the pad the braider that was there, told me to write on; I left my name and phone number, I wrote the date of the appointment and time! I received no phone call, I arrived for my appointment; the shop is black and closed, and of course the number online isn't reachable, and no number on the person who braided my hair from the beginning. REAL DISAPPOINTING, I WAS REALLY LIKING MY BRAIDS!!!!!THIS LEAVES A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH, SO MUCH SO TIL I CAN'T EVEN SEE OR HEAR MYSELF SENDING ANY BODY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Made an appointment with Tales but when I arrived she was not there nor had any plans of being there. Her sister did my  hair  after a 30min debate about my style choice and a few restarts. To me it is unprofessional to be speaking in another language other than English while in the presence of English speaking folks. It is also unclean to me  for everyone of the workers in there to be using the same towel on every customer's head. There were customer with appointments that was waiting  for a while even though  they called in ahead of time. On a Good note the stay she did do was nice a nd well done and they are courteous when working  with walk ins.

I love coming hair I was only there for 2 1/2 hours with 2 people working on my hair. Reasonable price to me I got box braids done they are VERY tight but I believe you can ask them to not braid so so tight especially around your edges. I recommend this place if you live in the springs nice people and the hair is included!!

My appointment was for 7am. Here it is 7:31am and the shop is still locked and empty. Called Talaa’s cell 4 times.  No answer and no call back. I could have stayed in my bed!  Horrible customer service! Will never get a dime from me.
