Very nice beach and water level for kiddos. Signs could be more direct and make sure you have exact fund $5 per car. No alcohol or glass bottles at the beach.

Take a pen to fill out the fee envelope!! Family friendly for the most part- no alcohol, no glass.  $5 for my family to swim all day.  Water is less muddy/rocky than other lakes, grills permitted.  Nice chill atmosphere.  Walk-in price is less, if you park on the road.  Take a pen!!

Clean, well maintained. Beach is busy on nice days, but if you're camping you can also swim on the shoreline near your site. The gates lock at 10 (which is clearly stated in the registration information when you make reservations online), which I actually like. It keeps people who aren't camping from driving through all night. You can still leave at any time (you're not locked in), but if you go out you won't be able to drive back in until morning.

Great place to go 
Only problem is they don't answer the phone so I drive a long way and the lake was closed last time please fix the phone problems
