We  lived there for three years and the staff are professional, courteous, informative and most of all friendly. I will miss them like family and I would definitely live there again.

This place has been worth the time spent trying to get in. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. The process would have been quicker but in my case with work and other stuff it took awhile to get what was needed, but overall i made a great decision. Thank you to the staff for your patience and assistance.

I have lived here for 9 years and have no complaints. The management office staff are very friendly and helpful even though there has been a turnaround. The manager we have now Mrs.Clemente is very professional and very accomodating she gets the job done.Sam the head of maintenance is always on the go checking things and makes sure everything gets done. I have no complaints and love it here. The people are friendly and nice and i feel safe here. So if you are looking to move this is the place and best of all we have great supermarkets and restaurants and we are near all major highways.Make Tally Rand your place of choice .

So far, we've had a great experience living in Talleyrand. Only con I would say is that the exterior of the apartments could be painted more often but other than that no complaints. Patricia in the leasing office was very helpful and nice which made our move that much easier. Same with Sam.

Going into my second year of residence & the quality of service has declined sharply!  I have no hot water in my apartment and the office will not even return my phone calls to give me acknowledging my problem. In addition, it's becoming more and more difficult to actually speak with a human being. If the remainder of my second year continues at this rate...there will not be a third...guaranteed!
