Never had a problem with anything in the complex.  All of the staff members are very nice and do their job very well.  Yes they have had new owners recently so naturally things are going to change.  I've been living there almost a year with my husband and we have never had a complaint that wasn't taken care of immediately.

The apartments look nice but seems like they bought their supplies at the dollar tree. Not worth the ridiculously expensive rent at all.

Way too expensive for what you are getting. The apartments  are made to look nice but after 9 months there we realized how much stuff was cheap. The drawers and cabinets are cheap particle board. They did a very poor job insulating the walls as well. We could hear everything the ladies above us did. 

Management is the 2nd issue. They have been through 2 property managers and 2 owners and they are only around 1 year old. No personality or personability from the office staff.

Would not recommend.

The best review is written by a staff member. Cheap builders but pricey rent. Ridiculous rules.

The only positive review is literally by one of the staff members, Mike Rawlins. Ridiculous rules, cost way too much for what you get, staff are reincarnated neo-nazis. And it's right next to a cemetery. They're really not very nice apartments, in my own opinion. But, hey, if you wanna give it a shot, be my guest.
