We went to see Dr Tam. He was so methodical in his exam, he sat and asked my husband many questions . 
He was not pushing my husband to have a cataract removed . My husbands appt ended up lasting 30 minutes after his office hours were over, yet we never felt hurried.

Dr Tam is amazing.  My PCP sent me to him after I mentioned some chronic, minor eye issues I've had & he found a retinal tear that two other Optometrists could not (even with me complaining of flashing lights to both of them).  Regarding Patrick's 1-star review; I would expect a wait since you're seeing an Ophthalmologist for a standard eye-exam instead of an Optometrist.  Go to Tam if you have eye problems & no one else is helping you.

I broke my glasses and can't get in to see Dr.Tam. So I have to make an appointment somewhere else then take a couple WEEKS to get a pair
