5 stars all the Way. 
A must try. 
Everything hasn't disappointed me yet! 
The noodles are perfect texture when biting into and they put just the right amount of everything needed to build a local farm fresh Ramen from California. Everything is not overly spiced IMO. Decent portion for the price. Sit on bench and look out into the beautiful mill valley while eating a big bowl of hot soup mmmm..the best hangover cure. I also recommend the yerba mate tea in the yellow cans for a natural chilled caffeine boost after your hot Ramen. Enjoy:)

Delicious Ramen, quick and good price. Highly recommend it. 
The spicy ramen is not that spicy, I would say medium heat.

This restaurant is a must visit especially in a cold, rainy day. but don't le that stop you from coming in on a hot summer afternoon I just visited this month July on a hot lunch day and I had the Tam Tam Ramen extra spicy and it made my hot day seems like a winter morning. The ambiance is very mmm chick type very clean and well organized, the color of the walls are very vibrant and fit well with their design. The food in amazing and freshly prepared to order. The portions are very generous, colorful and flavory, and even though it seems a lot of food it's actually a very well balance plates. The Service is outstanding and the people working there take pride in what they do it's obvious by the way the always walking around looking to straighten up something while checking in with you about your experience. The prices are reasonable $11 to $15a plate with some extras, but you will leave stuffed.
