Small dining room and wait times goes up FAST. Can’t check in online or via phone, so must show up and be prepared to wait. Once seated had a wonderful experience. Waiter was very helpful for several of us first timers. Ramen had wonderful flavor, but honestly the Garlic Fried Rice was the star of the show - sharing it as an appetizer with the table worked perfectly for us. Will be visiting again!
Sometimes you just have to take yourself on a date and eat the things you love most. Tamashii Ramen is by far my favorite Ramen in the City. Always delicious and you can’t go wrong with the Garlic fried rice! Wash it down with some sake while enjoying the new fall weather and you have got yourself a pampered person! Enjoy!
We tried 4 different items and I all were good. The garlic fried rice topped with chashudon was amazing! Best fried rice I've ever had. The curry Ramen was good as well. The curry chicken was probably my least favorite. Not that it wasn't good but it didn't wow meFood: 5/5
Nice area in mid-town. Parking lot needs a little help. All the people waiting outside for the alert on their phone to go off is a giveaway to how good the food is. Really nice environment with anime projected on the walls while you eat. Everything I tasted was amazing. One of my new favorite places.
Loved, loved, loved this place! From the moment you enter with the authentic Kon'nichiwa salutations to the moment you leave and all the delicious bites of food in between. It's clear the menu has been well-thought, the dishes reasonably priced, and the staff trained to maintain a level of excellence. This place took me back to eating ramen in Japan! Definitely recommend for authentic, delicious food!
I've eaten inside before but this time I did take away. It was so tasty and everything was packaged so nicely. Just as tasty as sitting down at the restaurant. It's lovely I can order something here safely with my shellfish and seafood allergy and not have to worry. Thank you!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: No
Gyzoa was fabulous. Garlic Fried was phenomenal, best ever. Tonkonstu Ramen was amazing regardless of which seasoning classic or soy sauce. The spicy Ramen was devoured by my husband. We also tried the Mochi, coffee and mango. Fresh and tasty. Absolutely zero complaints. We will be back!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
Arrived a little before 3pm and was seated right away. Hostess was very nice and polite. Server was also very nice and informative. Food did not take long at all to come out and it was as good as everyone made it out to be and I'm glad we were able to go. We had the buttered corn miss regular and spicy w/extra braised pork. We added egg and mushroom but did not receive the mushroom but it was delicious regardless. We also ordered the potstickers and the garlic fried rice. It was well worth $60! Even so, we ordered fried rice to go. It's small inside but cozy and quaint. I will definitely go back! We wanted to try the ice cream, but we were full and satisfied already so maybe next time. Yummy yummy in our tummy!!
Great dining experience. My wife and I stopped in for lunch. I had the garlic ramen with spicy bomb and my wife had curry ramen. We also had potstickers. Everything came out fast and hot. Tasted great the eggs are a real star in these bowl. The spicy bomb added a nice kick without being too much. Service was great and the restaurant was clean. I do wish there was some seafood options, but really my only critique. Can't wait to go back. Parking: Parking is limited but available at no charge. Wheelchair accessibility: Large opening doors, flat ground, and regular diner tables.
I honestly want to give this 5 stars but I can't based on many reasons. The first reason would be that we had to figure out how to even get a table. There is a sign In the front that tells you to scan this qr code. If you miss the sign and walk in employees here make you feel as if you should have seen the sign. Next would be how our server made us feel rushed. The place was not really busy but she acted as if she was and made us feel rushed. Third would be the broth if the ramen. I've eaten at alot of ramen places and yes this ramen was good but not to my liking when I think of ramen.fourth would be that they were out of gyudon. We love this dish but for some reason they were out. We eventually ordered the garlic ramen. The ramen had flavor it wasn't lacking there, were it was lacking was the broth and creaminess you would think of with ramen. It seemed more water with garlic then a garlic type broth if that makes any sense. My wife ordered the spicy ramen. Same thing with the broth it was flavorful but lacked the thick creamy taste you would expect. It was more water and sesame flavor. We also ordered the garlic fried rice. That was good but as my wife stated it was more egg then rice, we wish it had a little more rice. There really isn't a kids option but they do have things they can offer for kids. I do wish they in the future take to consider adding kid friendly items. They got fried chicken and rice. The chicken was good compared to the ramen shops I have been to. This place ensured it was more Chicken then breading and it was cooked perfectly and not dry. Some other cool aspects are the decor. They had projectors playing Anime which was really cool. Please have the audio for the show instead of music. The manager Lewis did a great job checking on us. He then asked about our experience and what we thought of the place. I honestly can say the ramen had flavor and was good, just the broth wasn't to my standard of how I like my ramen. I would say for sure with the experience we had and the experience with the food it would definitely get a 4 out of 5. Vegetarian options: They did have a vegetarian ramen option on the menu Parking: Parking is horrible. We circled the block 3 times and then found a spot. There is a lot next to it that was full. Maybe its the time of day but just be aware.
