All around a horrible experience.

Would never stay at this trash of a campground. Old man at the desk (owner of the campground) was extremely rude. Threatened us in attempt to scare us with his "son who is a state trooper" as if we want to be threatened while staying at his campground. Wasn't worth the money, wasn't worth my time.

Not worth anyone's time or money. If you wanted to be treated with dignity don't stay here. Unfair treatment to lotal renters and extremely rude to guests.

Poor service. Poor hospitality. Elderly owner was rude told us we had to leave for not paying after we had already paid to stay. Kept threatening  to call the police on us after only setting 10 ft over the gate to put our stuff in our friends car because they would not let us take a second vehicle to the spot that is supposed to sleep 12.

We just reserved a seasonal site for 2016. We stopped by to tour the campground and fell in love with the quaint feel of the place. We are staying there Labor Day Weekend and leaving our camper on our seasonal site for the winter. The owner Maryanne is such a nice welcoming person and that really sold us on Tamerlane. The 2 times we stopped there the pool although older was spotless and the water was clear and clean. The bathhouses while older are also very clean. The laundry is very modern. Overall this place has a very laid back relaxing feeling. Looking forward to our first full season. What we wanted was to stay away from the big corporate campgrounds where you are only a number not a friend.
