I would like to thank Scott Spino with Tammy Grogan & Associates!  Scott is a great realtor to work with I would recommend him to anyone.  I actually referred Scott to my family which he has helped out as well.  This was my husband and I first time buying a house we were very nervous, but Scott made it easy for us.  He walked us through each and every step and always one call away when we needed him.  He is very understanding and patient through the whole process.  Working with Scott was enjoyable, he treated us like family.  Thank you once again Scott and Tammy!

Tammy and Thea, our agents, were beyond helpful. We trusted them with buying and selling our house and they went above and beyond. With the help of them we sold our house for what we wanted and negotiated our new house for a price we were comfortable with. The whole experience was smooth. They treated us like family and we great appreciate all they did for us. We would highly recommend them as agents!!

I just would like to take time and give my appreciation and thankfulness to Scott Spino and Tammy Grogan and Associates. I recently just purchased a house and from reviews from people that I know I was told that buying  a house is very stressful. I must say on a scale of one to ten (10 being high stress) with Scott by my side through it all my stress level was a 3. It was a simple, easy flowing, all questions answered experience. I looked at many houses but I was never rushed to buy, I was told to take my time. Scott is very patient and helpful. Literally did not do anything but sit back and sign a few documents after I found my house. Even the welcoming into my new home was amazing. I will recommend Scott and Tammy to anyone I know that needs a house. Honestly by far amazed by the whole experience of purchasing a new home. Thank you for everything Scott! You are truly amazing at your job!

Scott Spino with Tammy Grogan and Associates did an amazing job for my mother. She purchased a small house that had A LOT of red tape attached to it. Scott and his team stayed focused and on top of all the small details. They went over and beyond to get my mom into her house. Scott was even on his honeymoon and stayed in touch. This team cared about us and went the extra mile that proved so.
