Dr. Guirguis and the staff are always professional and they make me feel like I’m their only patient!!

Dr Guirguis is great and that's the only reason I'm still with this place, everyone else specially the front desk people that check you in are the worst! Attitude and so rude. Not properly charging you , taking payment and not posting them. Paid co pay and they lost it never post it on my account. The wait is getting worse, always over 2 hours after your appointment time. The waiting is getting very bad, they need to address that !!

BEWARE This practice is rampant with insurance fraud if you have Medicare. This doctor is the one who has no qualms getting paid for procedures and devices never done nor obtained. When this practice was first started 15 years ago, that physician Dr. Gari was excellent. Honest, patient-centered and ethical. Then in 2009 he sold a busy, vibrant practice to a big company and the doctors like Otero who work there are employees. That has made them far less responsible for things that happen. The employees mostly are good. But there are some who have no ethics and the arrogance to blatantly engage in insurance fraud. They filed a claim for a procedure I never had done. Then when the insurance contractor inquired, they provided falsified records. I told them as soon as I learned of this, and believed then it was an honest mistake. But it has been almost a year, and all I've seen this crew do is scramble to cover their butts. Medicare insurance bureaucracy is slow, but they eventually do get around to fixing things, but the fact it's government makes them easy marks. Still, it blows my mind that anyone would have the nerve to fake records. Using someone else's I'm sure. Nobody forgets having a nerve conduction test -- an on New Year's Eve, no less. I have called them in their office in Cincinnati, I have called their Tampa office, now I am writing letters and have done so to Medicare, which re-opened this case. Now I am contacting lawyers, because these nervy, abusive, malevolent office staff actually had the brass to state my copay was a debt and though I had no notice, it is now on my credit report. Those I can get fixed, I made complaints and I'm sure a lawyer will cut through much of this fast. But the point is, if you ever have to go through this with any medical practice, you are not getting good care or honorable treatment. I think the bad-paying Medicare is what they don't want, so they do what they can to either cheat or get rid of we who have it. In the end, people who do this get what they deserve. I will update this. But be warned, no matter what insurance you have or even if you are self-pay, don't get involved with a practice who has employees so arrogant and careless of the law they would engage in the most transparent act of insurance fraud. The medical care, quite frankly, is not all that good. Seriously. A lot of good health care providers out there who obey the laws. Go to them. If I could give negative stars I would.

Dignity, Respect and Efficiency. I love Doctor Otero and his entire staff. They are a well oiled machine. I was scared going into this place the first time because of the perception of "Pain Management" however, I am going to lobby the Capitol and challenge BIG PHARMA who want us to use their expensive drugs many cannot afford. I appreciate the quality of life Dr. Otero, his fellows, his associates and his staff have given back to me. Additionally, he works very well in conjunction with my Rheumatologist, my Primary Care Physician my Orthopedic surgeon, and podiatrist. He is a supporter of alternative medication
