LOVE the docs and PA. They are always quick and efficient now that they have moved to the new building. My scripts are usually waiting for me at the front by the time I get up there after making my next appointment. Wouldn't go anywhere else and I come in from Clearwater.

I am still amazed by the care and efficiency this clinic and the entire staff offer. My first appointment did take a couple of hours, however, that was due to the lengthy process of getting my paperwork done and in the system.Since that first appointment the staff has worked with me being late and once very late, that have also allowed me to be seen early and even once without an appointment and all of these times my wait was less than 30 minutes. The doctors really take the time to exam you and discuss your treatment options. It is a good feeling to have a Dr. Believe you without making you feel like an addict and to have a short and longterm treatment goal. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to this amazing group of doctors, nurses, clerks, ect... Kristina Franklin

The reception employees are very rude! My Mom is a patient of theirs. We usually bring her own wheelchair, but unfortunately we were unable to bring today. I called in advance to see if they had a wheelchair available for her to use when we arrived and they said they did. When I arrived, I walked up to the reception desk and greeted them. They glanced up, but did not respond. They continued to looking at their computer screens. I proceeded to ask if they had the wheelchair I asked about over the phone. The gentleman made a call for someone to bring it to the front. He then told me "it" was in use by another patient. I was unaware they only had "ONE" wheelchair for the many patients they see each day! So we had to wait in the car while we waited for the only wheelchair in the building to be available. Every time I bring my Mom, the reception is always rude. She has an appointment with them every month. Hopefully the employees in the back are more pleasant to their patients. The reception is the image of any business, so it's a good idea to maintain a positive one. Very disappointing and sad to see such a lack of professionalism in a "professional field of business."
