took more than 1 hour to deliver my food. i called 4 times and 2 of the calls we’re about how they were on their way. i’m not even far from that restaurant. horrible service.

There seemed to be pretty decent reviews on this restaurant, so on a whim we decided to try this place to try and find some new local goodness... In short, we didn't find it. First, while ordering the woman who answered had a hard time relaying what we were ordering. Then when It came time to pay she asked for me to wait a min and the line went dead, the phone disconnected and I had to call back, a new woman answered, I told her I was in the process of ordering when the phone cut out, again had to repeat info multiple times, but finally we finished the transaction and hung up. On a positive note, the food did come in a timely manner unlike some of the experiences I read. We ordered multiple things from the menu, some of our fried dishes were over fried, The rest were lacking sauce sweet and sour. The egg rolls were mush. Neither of us are incredibly picky but my wife ended up in the bathroom after her meal... We won't be trying this restaurant again.

These people are always nice to me and their food is very good. It seems many of the reviews here describe problems with delivery, including outside delivery services. I'll admit, I don't use their delivery. I call to order and they usually have the food ready when I pick up 10 minutes later. I've only had positive experiences here.

This place has amazing food and service! I have been ordering from this spot for almost a year now and I can affirmatively say that I’ve never had an issue with the quantity or quality of the food that has been presented to me. I highly recommend.

Very bad service, more than 2 hours to get cold food! Last time we order from this place, we called the restaurant and never answer my  calls.

I've been ordering from here for quite some time and up until now haven't had any complaints. However, I'm very disappointed after today's distressing experience. I ordered my food at ‍4:15 pm online at Grubhub. com. I didn't receive my order until 6:24 pm‍ 2 hours later!. MY food was cold and parts of my order was missing To top it all off the driver made me walk to the car, in the rain to get my food!. It'll definitely be a while before I order from them again.

Hands down the best Chinese food in town.  My food has always been ready in 20 minutes or less when I go pick it up.

I only gave this place a one star because I had to. If it was up to me they wouldn’t get any stars. I used a ordering service to order my food. I ordered my food at 930, buy 11 my food was still not there. I contacted the order service to see what they can do they canceled my order because the driver from the restaurant said he already delivered my food which was a lie so after getting off the phone with the service the restaurant calls me saying they are trying to deliver my food and that they need payment for the food I told them I ordered my food at 930 and it’s 1115 and I haven’t gotten my food the man yelled at me and hung up on me I do not recommend that you order from here unless you are looking to get bad service

Ordered food at 6:15pm expect delivery time was 7:15pm to 7:25. Waited till 7:45pm and food still not delivered. Called and asked and was spoken to extremely rudely and told it was on its way and then hung up on. 8:00pm still no food, called again and was told the same thing even nastier and hung up on again. Finally at 8:30 food finally arrives with a rude and nasty delivery driver. Wish I could give zero stars.
