We were on a trip to texas and our tire started rapidly losing air so we searched for  the closest tire place and it happened to be this place. The valve stem was loose and they put a new one on for us. Ryan was awesome and friendly. If we lived in Iowa we would most definitely come back!!! Thanks Ryan!

I got a flat tire shortly before their store closed.  I managed to get there shortly before closing, but the guys had to stay late to get me taken care of.  There were all wonderful to work with and didn't seem the slightest bit annoyed that I was keeping them late.  I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were.  I recommend them 100%!

My father and I were driving cross country in a truck towing a trailer when the trailer blew a tire. The guys at Tandem were extremely helpful and had a new tire on the trailer within 10 minutes for a very good price. They saved our trip - highly recommended!

Had a bad tire. Went to the dealership and they said "You need all 4 replaced". Went to a repair shop they said "You got one bad one but you gotta replace a second one to go with it". Went to Tandem and they said "You have one bad tire that's all that needs replaced. Your tires ate getting warn and will need replaced in a little less than a year pry best to do before winter for safety, however a used tie will replace the bad tire for now". Didn't up sell me and have me the facts. Earned my business and when they do oil changes they also don't lie and up sell like many places. Highly recommend.

While enjoying time in Galena and Dubuque,we noticed the light bulb for the brake light wasn't working.The people at Tandem  Tire,got us in and out for Les than ten dollars and ten minutes. Such a great experience.
