I brought at least 25 tanks for my business kendell sprayers  through another company and did not know a tank distributors company was in my area. After  trying to lower my cost on  product i found tank depot i spoke with Nate   he was very intelligent and knew his tanks !!!!!!!!!! they knew what i need and had it in stock.  tank depot knows what they are doing and handles their customers with respect. all my surrounding businesses that need tanks  i recommend you to go to tank depot!!!!!!!

I called to ask for a replacement to one of my rain barrels. I described what I was looking for and the guy snickered at me, told me the kind I described is for "chemicals" and that a 55 gallon water barrel would run me $155. Contradicting his own website he told me he does not sell plastic rain barrels. I was so taken aback by his rudeness I didn't have time to laugh.

I initially had some problems with their customer service. I was trying to purchase a replacement filter screen/basket for a heavy-duty rain barrel that originally cost me $514 with shipping. I was flatly told they were not available, and the atmosphere of the conversation was that the service rep could not be bothered to help: the basket screen was not available, period. Since then, I have been contacted by phone, apologized to and assured the person responsible for my poor customer service experience would be retrained, and promised two replacement screens. I haven't received the replacements yet, so maybe I'm jumping the gun a bit, and I can't pretend I wasn't offended by the first experience with their customer chat line - in my opinion it should not have gone down the way it did - but it was obvious that management was anxious to make amends and keep their customers happy. So I am revising my rating from 1 star to 4.

I found a 2,500 gallon tank on their website and called to order it. They helped me find one that was made closer to me (which reduced the shipping charges).  It did take a few weeks to get the tank because the company had to make it.  But they told me that up front, and the tank arrived exactly when they said it would.  Overall, a great experience.
