Called for information on the cost of specific paperwork and was told I would have to pay for a consultation first.  All lawyers I have called was able to tell me a price up front.  I explained this to the receptionist and she said "I don't know" and hung up.  Quite rude!

I called for information on a consultation and the receptionist just hung up on me without finishing the conversation or saying goodbye.  Who wants a law office like that?  Well I certainly won't be calling back.
