Story

With 33 big-screen TVs, a digital jukebox, and a full bar, our guests are sure to have a good time watching a game or dining with family. Started in Kansas by Grandpa Tanner, our menu and service reflect our Midwestern roots. We’ve got wings, burgers, hearty sandwiches, and plenty of beer on tap.

Horrible. Not sure why I keep expecting this place to get better. Where to start? There was probably only 10 people total there with about 5 wait staff. Still we waited 15 for someone to come by and take a drink order. Didn't happen. Walked up to the bar and ordered 5 drinks. Bartender asked where we were sitting thinking she was bringing our drinks, but no, I was left to juggle 5 drinks with 2 hands. (1 beer, 2 waters, 1 soda, 1 wine). Appetizers came which ketchup was needed, ours was empty. Checked table 1, empty. Table 2, empty. 3 & 4...empty. Fifth table found ketchup. Mind you...there's 5 waitresses. However 3 of them and some kitchen help we're outside smoking while 3 tables were left un-cleaned for at least 30 min after customers left. Food arrived. Ordered a medium rare burger with a medium egg. Egg was solid hard and the burger was dry with no seasoning and cooked to about well done. Wife's fish was almost exactly of the Gordon's frozen variety. Not to be completely negative about things, they did have good bacon. Meanwhile, all this was happening WHILE the owner was right there walking around! Although he probably didn't notice though as drunk as he was.

Wed nite steak is awesome. Good selection of beer. Had other food all was good except fried pickles- got 8 slices in an order about $.75 a slice.

Poor service, Me and my parents went in and sat down, menus where brought to us and the person who brought us our menus said "someone with be with you". So we waited and waited, and after 15mins we where still not served and got up and left. Me and my family will never go to Tanners again do to poor service. We will happily take a business else where.

Loooooong wait. Weak drinks. Slooow service. Food was good. Not great, but good. Bad service. Won't be back.

Excellent food and super friendly service. Sat at the bar, Leah was my server. If I'm ever back in town, I'll definitely come back here!
