Today I saw this place and decided to give it a try…I have to say it was meh at best. It was pretty bland all around, we had the kids enchilada and it was so boring in terms of flavor my son wouldn’t eat it, the carne asada burrito was full of beans and rice and very little meat and it was lacking in flavor, the tacos we tried were ok they actually had some flavor but were nothing to write home about. The staff was friendly and the place was clean the salsa was ok the hottest is the red one . Over all it’s only a three star for me
The atmosphere was inviting, the service was friendly and helpful, and the menu was expansive. However, while the chicken california burrito I ordered was made quickly, It was also cold throughout. I would expect it to be at least warm. It was also overstuffed. It needed a bigger, thicker tortilla or less filling. I had to switch to a fork halfway through because the stuffing couldn't be held by the thin tortilla. Finally, it was mostly sour cream, guac, and fries. There was maybe an 1/8th of a cup of chicken in the whole thing.
The best taqueria on the south end. Their veggie burrito is my favorite in town. Mulitas are fantastic and the sopes are immaculate. Best salsas around too. Staff if awesome. Been going here for 15 years and hope I'll be going for 15 more!!Food: 5/5
I was in the area and decided to drop in. I am pleased I did walk in. I ordered the burrito plate, chicken as the protein. I had some green salsa to add a pleasant kick to the meal. I am glad I walked in and tried this place, I am bringing friends next time I am in the area.
Food was so bomb, I got fish tacos, 3 asada mulitas, nuggets and fries and an asada burrito. Hella good and the lady who serviced us was fast and understood us well. One thing tho before we left we had seen that one of the workers had given a homeless man a burrito for free and I thought it was the sweetestt thing so I would definitely go again and totally recommend.
Ordered uber and couldn't even chew this meal. Got steak fajitas and the meat was disgusting. I could not even chew through it. Possible road kill. The fajitas tasted more like vinegar that any sort of spice. Threw meal away. I was scared i would get sick.Food: 1/5
Freaking GREAT food. Pleasant surprise we found on a rainy night after putting in a volunteer shift at Food Lifeline. Will definitely be returning.Food: 5/5
This spot is reliable dependable and consistent the serving portions are large and the food is always fresh I believe I got a chimichanga with a guava Jarrito, salsa Roja, salsa Verde a pico de gallo
Had the Tamales special and boy oh boy the pork was amazing and the rice and refried beans was a good addition would definitely eat here again !!Food: 5/5
This place is the real deal. I haven’t had anything bad. My personal favorite is the #1 - tripe taco. Authentic. Recommend.
