If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered something to go and after waiting 20 min they asked me what I had so I told them. The girl walks back and I over hear them talking about giving my order away to someone else. They all just stood there so I got up and asked them if they gave my order to someone else and they said yes. Nobody seemed apologetic so I asked for a refund and a girl (maybe a manger) walked to the register with an attitude to give me my refund. It wasn’t until I complained about waiting that someone finally said sorry. Maybe it was a good thing because the kitchen looked pretty disgusting. Now I remember why I usually go to la Mexicana when I’m in town.

Awesome breakfast burritos made fresh. So good. The salsa is spicy and delicious. My go-to breakfast when I'm in town.

Ordered at 1:15 and never saw my order after that...one hour later i finally go up to ask where its at and they bluntly tell me oh we forgot. I got my money back and left! Will Never come here again! Most of the wood tables and chairs were sticky with gunk...had to find one with a laminated top to sit at.

Been going to Zarape since 1999 and always swear by their tacos. Lately i have been very disappointed. Tacos do not have the same great taste they did when they started. Papas are dry and when I ask for extra toppings I get charged. Why? If i do not want to eat a dry papa. Employees are not very polite an seem not to care to provide great service. Tables are sticky and have been the same ones for years. This place seriously needs better management and a little TLC. I ordered to go and the pictures shown is what i get. Squished tacos. How is anybody supposed to eat that? Mind you I asked them with cilantro and onion but they couldn't even do that. The papa (not pictured) was dry and we could not eat. Very disappointed. Hopefully something gets done because you all started great but its been going downfall as the years pass.
