Great service. The girl at the counter was very friendly. Could not get more Authentic..Took advice to go light on the sauce due to it being very hot. Kid friendly menu. Prices are amazing. And the deals they have thorough out the Week are fantastic. Very clean. Will 100% be returning and food is amazing.

Rude and they act like their food is better than it is. I asked what the drink was and I was given an attitude I purchased the student meal deal and I was given a hard time and acted like my student ID was fake. Food wasn't that bad but customer service was terrible but the food and the deal was a variety of finger food Spanish meals but they were small

I would say awesome but they sometimes forget my food and even while I dine in they forget to put in order. The food is ok sometimes but it is a good place to grab something quick. I can't say restaurant quality.

Ordered 15 min prior to arrival. The girl in the middle of it put me on hold for ages. hung up and called again, same girl answers and immediately puts me on hold. 5 min hold so I hang up call 2 more times. Same thing. I get there and I see that the place is not packed but just two working, including the one girl at the counter. 

Sat 1pm, I know sometimes you guys r busier. But This is just bad management. Train the girl to communicate that it's too busy to receive orders on the phone. Don't keep customers hanging on hold when they're told to hold. What a terrible business practice. Best way make customers upset and leave bad reviews.

I wanted to speak with the Manager because I want the restaurant to do well, but no Manager present. No one seems to care.

Good food but pls work on your service.

This place is dirty the walls the floor the tables. I could imagine what the kitchen looks like. It appears that they have not clean this place in years. This is unacceptable for you to think that your customer do not deserve more it’s disgusting. You also have electrical boxes open with wires hanging out of it lets see what the health department says about it. Owner/manager whoever runs this place you should be ashamed of yourself. If you’re looking to eat from this chain visit the Rutherford location seems like they have more common sense.
