Worst customer service. This is twice in a row that they have messed up an order. This taqueria charged for 18 tacos and only gave me 15. When I called the place back to complain they said that they forgot to put it in the bag with the big order. They said that I can go back and pick them up. I told them that my lunch break was over already and the next break my co-worker can pick those up in a few hours. I complained because the tacos would be soggy by then. They said they would switch out the tortillas and add an additional taco at no cost. I told them to make new tacos. We will see how bad the tacos are once they are picked up. Never ordering from here again.

The food is very good, but the service is lacking. I placed a simple to-go order (2 items), but when I received it an entire entree item was missing and I did not have the correct meat on the rest of my order. I would be more understanding of they were slammed, but my order was placed at approximately 2pm (after the lunch rush) and there was only one other person ordering at the time. I might give this place a try again in the future, but I definitely wasn't impressed this time.

Burrito had no sour cream, no avocado and the chunks of meat with no flavor didn’t help either.

Taco counter in the back of the market, plain and simple. Very good tacos. I saw the chile relleno plate after I ordered, would have gone there first. My three tacos were very tasty especially pastor and carnitas. The corn tortillas were also full of flavor with great texture. I like this little place.

My office orders here 2-3 times a week. We have been to many taco places in the area before we chose this as our #1 taco place and #1 favorite place to get food. Los laureles is always fresh and authentic and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is 5 stars and it feels good to support a local small business. The barbacoa is wonderful but i wish they would stock more as it is almost always sold out! The prices and portions will put chipotle to shame!
