Story

I, Taqueria Mexicana originally opened back in 1995, in Bridgeport CT. My owner who founded me is truly inspiring and hard working. I am not a restaurant that functions because it cares about the money, i have a passion for the food, so my guests can enjoy it! My long history and experience has helped me strive to meet high customer satisfaction in new welcoming renovations. My business hopes to bring all my loyal guests a bar(coming soon) with drinks that match the authenticity of the Mexican style food. "Taqueria Mexicana aspires to continue growing so that It can spread the authentic mouth watering food, and thirst quenching drinks, to many more Mexican food lovers!"

Great food. I went here to pick up food for just me. I asked if they used butter or chicken stock in their rice and explained that my girl friend doesn't eat meat. They told me to bring her here and they'll make whatever she wants even if it's not on the menu. Will be back!

Awesome food, everything cooked fresh and made to order. Good service very attentive. Definitely will be back, best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had

We stumbled upon this place as a last resort and will definitely go back. Amazing food. Authentic and flavorful. The waiter was totally willing to customize the order and was quick to clear off anything extra on the table that might get in the way. He didn’t mind the autistic child hiding by our feet or the talkative toddler making a mess. Great food. Great service.

Great little place, delicious food. The only dowside is that the food takes forever to be served and the waitresses are super slow. My solution? I call ahead and order. Try their shrimp cocktail. It is to die for.🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶

$70 for 2 fajitas and 2 burritos!!!! the food waayy too expensive for the serving and quality displayed in their plates thats a no no for me it was my first and last eating there!
