Super friendly people at this market! Meat is fresh, and you'll find all kinds of cuts here. Our instant pot dish of beef shank was the best we've cooked so far!

Good, affordable steak tacos! Very small "market"... they had jalapeno, tomatillos, onions, oranges and not much else for fresh produce (the cup that was labeled cilantro was empty). There were a few other types of meats in the case (other than what's pictured) but that was pretty much it  .... the market is small, maybe 10 feet by 10 feet... not knocking it just trying to let you know what to expect. Tacos were affordable and tasty. I'll be back on a weekend to try carnitas and barbacoa ($4 and $5 /lb).

If you're looking for authentic mexican food and meat cuts this is the place to go, with very good carnitas, medudo, and barbacoa. It's a joy to find a butcher in an area that definitely needs it. I love that they also carry all the mexican candies and snacks I grew up with!
