Tara, her team, and even her recommended lender were absolutely amazing. My wife and I found Tara through a mutual friend, and we could not be more grateful. She met with us even before we were ready to buy, and once we were ready, she found us the perfect home and we had an accepted contract below asking price within a week! Tara and Matt did an amazing job assisting me with the purchase of a property.  My purchase had a few quirks but they were not intimidated.  They were determined to find solutions and helped me close very quickly.  Tara was great explaining complicated real estate matters in a simple and straight forward way.   They have a tremendous network of professionals – attorneys, appraisers, title companies, inspectors, etc.  Every person I came in contact with raved about the Moore’s integrity, fairness and passion.  They were truly a pleasure to work with!   They genuinely care about me and it showed.

I just have to say that Tara Moore is one of the most genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!  As we were preparing to relocate to the Winter Garden area from Miami, she worked diligently to help us find a place to call home.  We were under a very tight time constraint, and she did her best to serve our needs.  Although we ended up renting a home in the area for a few months instead of purchasing right away, we will definitely be calling on Tara at the end of this lease term to help us become owners!  She is truly a gem of a person, and she never tried to force a sale upon us although we got all the way through the inspection period on two different homes and were not 100% sure that we wanted to move forward.  Tara genuinely held our best interest at the core of each deal.  Because of that, she has earned our trust and will be our agent as we move forward.  I don't believe that you will be disappointed if you choose Tara to help you find your next place to call home!

We made the best decision in having Tara list our home! She had great advice on what we could do to be able to list at what we wanted to for our home and by golly, we got it, and in TWO days! I can truly say that I was not expecting the selling process to be anywhere near as easy as it was with Tara’s help. She works hard, knows her stuff, stays in close contact and is so kind and helpful! We hit the jackpot finding her!

My husband and I loved buying a house with Tara. She met with us in person to discuss the buying process and what we were looking for, and helped us navigate a HOT Winter Garden Real Estate market. We ended up with the perfect home for us at a very competitive price. More than that though, she made the process easy for these first time home buyers. 7 months in and we still LOVE our house!
